Hand-Painted Jackets: What to Expect:

Delivery Timeframe: Typically, you'll receive your bespoke jacket within 7-10 days of ordering. However, delivery times may vary based on our current volume of orders.

Logistics Partner: We use Delhivery Logistics Pvt Ltd as our official logistics partner to ensure your jacket reaches you seamlessly. Orders can be tracked at www.delhivery.com once the item is dispatched from our office in Mumbai.

Tracking: All our jackets are dispatched from Mumbai, India. Once shipped, you'll receive an automated email at your provided mail address and Whatsapp number detailing the package specifics. For any additional queries related to your order, feel free to reach out via our support channels. We're committed to responding within 24 hours.

Payments: All orders are prepaid. However, we have also started accepting partial payments with the remainder of the payment being accepted as a COD order. The minimum % of partial payment required is 30% for any hand painted jacket. If the COD order is not received for any reason, Valkyre holds the right to cancel the order and withhold the prepaid amount. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted once the hand painted work begins.
