SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Valkyre, many of our garments involve handcrafted processes such as painting, embroidery, distressing, and detailing. Some products are ready-to-ship, while others are crafted individually, which may affect dispatch timelines.
All orders are shipped from Mumbai, India.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us through our official communication channels and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
Delivery timelines depend on the type of product ordered.
Most Valkyre orders reach customers within 2–6 days across India, depending on the product category, location, and courier service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
International orders typically reach customers within 8–10 days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Any custom duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENTS
We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway, allowing payments through:
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• UPI
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• International Cards (where applicable)
Orders can be placed through:
• Full prepaid payment
• 10% advance payment with the remaining amount payable on COD (available on select products)
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of many Valkyre products, full COD is not available across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available only within Mumbai for ready-to-ship items and may be accommodated by contacting us through our official channels (WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram).
Once hand-painted artwork or embroidery production begins, cancellations, refunds, or modifications cannot be accommodated.
EXCHANGES
Due to the crafted nature of Valkyre garments, returns are not offered.
However, size exchanges are available, subject to product availability. Items must be unused with tags intact.
Return shipping and reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
STORE CREDIT
If a requested size is unavailable for exchange, Valkyre may offer store credit for future purchases.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or resolution on priority.

Hand-Painted Jackets
Each jacket is painted individually by our artists, making every piece unique.
Typical delivery timeline:
3–6 days across India
Due to the custom hand-painted nature, cancellations or refunds are not possible once artwork begins.
If a size exchange is not possible, store credit may be offered.
Hoodies
Valkyre hoodies are crafted using premium 380 GSM fabric with velvet fleece lining. Some hoodies may include hand-painted artwork or embroidery.
Typical delivery timeline:
3–5 days across India
For hand-painted or embroidered hoodies, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production begins.
If a size exchange cannot be accommodated, store credit may be offered.
T-Shirts
Most Valkyre t-shirts are ready-to-wear pieces.
Typical delivery timeline:
2–4 days across India
Size exchanges are available subject to availability. If a replacement size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Jeans
Ready-to-Ship Jeans
Ready-to-ship jeans are dispatched within 24–48 hours from Mumbai.
Typical delivery timeline:
2–3 days across India, depending on location and courier service.
Size exchanges are available subject to availability. If a replacement size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Hand-Painted Jeans
Hand-painted jeans are crafted individually by our artists.
