First Wash: For best results, wash your jeans after 4-5 wears to preserve the fabric and color.

Washing: Turn jeans inside out before washing to minimize fading. Use cold water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach.

Drying: Air dry your jeans flat or hang them, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent color fading. Do not tumble dry.

Ironing: If needed, iron inside out on low heat to protect the fabric and design.

Storage: Fold or hang your jeans in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Delivery: Receive your jeans within 3-5 days. Track orders via Delhivery at www.delhivery.com after dispatch from Mumbai.

Tracking: You’ll get an email and WhatsApp update with tracking details once shipped. Reach out for support; we respond within 24 hours.

Payments: All orders are prepaid, with an option for 30% partial payment and the rest as COD. No refunds/exchanges once hand-painting begins.

Returns/Refunds: Due to the intensive nature of our business, we are unable to provide refunds. However, size exchanges can be entertained. We urge you to check our size chart for an estimate sizing option. Store credits can be offered in select cases, under the sole discretion of the management.

Size/Exchanges: Size exchange requests can be considered if requested within 24-48 hours of receiving the item. Please refer to our size chart for guidance. For exchanges, contact us, and we’ll respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, shipping costs for returning and reshipping will be charged to the client.

Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours with a photo via Instagram, Email, or WhatsApp for an exchange. We shall take action on priority and do the needful.
