Payments: All orders are prepaid, with an option for 30% partial payment and the rest as COD. No refunds/exchanges once hand-painting or hand embroidery begins.

Returns/Refunds: Due to the intensive nature of our business, we are unable to provide refunds. However, size exchanges can be entertained. We urge you to check our size chart for an estimate sizing option. Store credits can be offered in select cases, under the sole discretion of the management.

Size/Exchanges: Size exchange requests can be considered if requested within 24-48 hours of receiving the item. Please refer to our size chart for guidance. For exchanges, contact us, and we’ll respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, shipping costs for returning and reshipping will be charged to the client.
